Chaos Tears is a survival adventure set in a liminal dimension that is here and at the same time elsewhere.

You take the role of an unknown apprentice to a modern day witch. On the cusp of seemingly breaking the bonds of immortality and interdimensional travel, she betrays you and kills her other apprentice - your lover and flees with the collective fruits of your labors.

You swear revenge at the grave of your lover, just as the sky bleeds an impossible color and the waking world transforms before your very eyes. She's done it, you think to yourself as you steel your nerve and set out on the path of vengeance... alone.

Chaos Tears was made for the RPG Maker Horror Game Jam #15: Witching Hour

-> Because I struggled to get the game done in the jam time frame, there are a couple of small issues. The combat is unrefined and clunky. If you are struggling then just holding Z or Enter and standing still whilst the enemy approaches will work fine to kill it.

-> Not an 'issue' as such, but the endings are very rushed and not at all fleshed out. Post jam I will make an update with the proper and correct endings tying everything together. Thank you for your understanding :)
